We know that its difficult to offer a variety of product options to your customers due to the high buy-in and annual volume committments many of these suppliers impose. Trying to run a small shop with little or no office staff to search out other suppliers and vendors can prove to be a nearly impossible task. Being up to your elbows in an engine compartment 10-14 hours a day leaves little time (or desire) to spend hours on the phone or internet trying to find the best deal or an alternate product provider. You want to supply your customers with exactly what they want (and make money doing so), but who can reasonably buy-in to 10 different companies?
The only solution (until now) is to have the customers buy and supply the performance parts you can't currently provide. This leaves money on the table, which could be going in your pocket. If you had a way to supply your customers with the top brands such as TurboSmart, Griffin Thermal, Spearco, Alky Control and HKS to name a few, at a substantially lower buy-in than is typical, wouldn't it be worth looking into?
We don't think it makes sense to miss out on potential revenue if there is a way to create this opportunity. Making money strictly on labor is not the best long range business plan for any performance shop - we're sure you will agree. Small business owners like you need more than just customers to succeed.
